So you’ve done a bit of research on garden lighting manufacturers such as Hampton Bay Outdoor Lighting. You’ve found that although you think that there are quite a few good ones out there, you don’t understand why you should choose higher quality lights as opposed to cheap ones. If you’re like me, you probably allow your gut to tell you when you’ve found the right product to buy. You don’t muck around. When you find what you’re after, you go for it.
So why shouldn’t you buy cheaper outdoor lighting and instead more expensive version? Aren’t they both the same? There are many reasons why you would choose a good quality outdoor light maker over a no name, and cheap version you find on some distant corner of the internet.
For starters, electricity and the outdoors don’t go so well together. You may find that after buying something, and paying for postage which you probably won’t get less than half the price of a good quality set of lights, you’ll plug them in the ground, and they simply will stop working as the seals have started to leak.
Another problem you may face is the longevity of the battery. Every day a solar light will entirely charge a battery from empty. This means that you are slowly seeing the battery life decrease every day. The quality of battery will directly equate to how many times it can be recharged. This also will affect the brightness of a light, as when a battery doesn’t have much life left, it will mean that you will have a far darker garden. Of course, the biggest issue here is the bulb, and of course, again this comes back to quality.
If you’re happy with all of these, perhaps go with a cheap manufacturer, but if you want something that lasts, it’s probably better to go with Hampton Bay outdoor lighting.
